About Uplifted
Alara loves living in Vernon, BC and arrived in the Okanagan Valley in August 2007. Alara is a Certified Bars Facilitator, a Reconnection ® Practitioner, Reiki Master and Theta healing Practitioner. She is also an accomplished psychic consultant, who loves helping her clients with spiritual messages for their journeys. Her birthchart will describe a soul who has many, many interests....!
Alara’s studies also include nutrition and fitness, metaphysics, psychic phenomenon, astrology, and various healing modalities (including aromatherapy, coloured light and frequencies ). She began her journey with combining facelift and energy medicine techniques when she studied with the originators of Second Chance Facelift. After the course, she worked at the clinic owned by her teachers, and later expanded her knowledge and technique with
microcurrent facelifts when she travelled to meet Dr. Darryn Starwyn, and
studied “Microcurrent and Color Light Acupuncture / Energy Light Rejunvenation” with him. Today she combines her abilities as a healer and her studies of this non-invasive new technology, and is thrilled to be able to offer her clients the "UPLIFTED" protocol utilizing these and other energy/vibrational techniques.
Alara has many titles: mother, writer, musician, singer, metaphysician and mystic, networker and event
coordinator. She loves to join people together in the spirit of fun and personal transformation.
